Icon concept

The name says it all, really. As a community project, one that encourages people of all backgrounds to connect with the scheme, it was essential to make the identity simple and approachable, while remaining distinctive from a commercial perspective.

Full Cycle’s icon embeds their core values of access to bikes, community, growing skills and sustainability through an instantly recognisable symbol. The icon is paired with the Nazare semi-serif typeface, created by Natanael Gama, which is particularly effective for display use and works well for their signage and large-scale event graphics.
